Final Reports

Instructions for Final Reports (only applicable if awarded a grant)
At the end of the grant period, the grantee must submit a complete and accurate final report form describing the grant project, giving an accurate account of how grant and matching funds were spent. You will submit your final report electronically through GO Smart. After your report has been submitted, you will be able to view and print a PDF copy of your final report by visiting the "Current Programs & Applications" tab.

Then, you will mail the printed final report to the North Carolina Arts Council, signed with an original signature asked for on the "Certification" page.
For organizational grants, your mailed report packet must also include hard copies of your itemized budget, legislative letters, and publicity materials that were also requested on the "Narrative and Upload" page of the final report. This is not required of fellowship grantees.

Both the electronic version and the print copy are due by the final report deadline.
